2012 ushers in good news for Kierland Commons and Scottsdale AZ real estate
January 10, 2012
Happy New Year! The end of 2011 and the dawn of 2012 have brought about some positive news on the Scottsdale AZ real estate and retail fronts. The Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons is among the communities that have done well despite the economic times (we sold 12 Kierland lofts in 2011 for a total of $10,254,000 in sales); nevertheless, we’re always happy to hear news confirming that our city and state have returned to home-seekers’ radar.
This good news also extends to our neighborhood of Kierland Commons, the Valley’s most beloved live/work/play destination. Although the holiday season has officially come and gone, shopping remains on the minds of both locals and visitors to Scottsdale and Phoenix. The week following Christmas proved to be extremely successful for Kierland Commons retailers, which – along with Desert Ridge and Paradise Valley malls – saw a surge in sales and traffic. Traffic could likely remain strong, as the Arizona sunshine lures tourists with its outdoor endeavors and world-class events such as Barrett-Jackson car collector auction, the Waste Management Phoenix Open and the Arabian Horse Show – all of which are favorites among Plaza Lofts residents.

The Plaza Lofts at Kierland: Where it’s always the most wonderful time of the year
December 16, 2011
The Plaza Lofts at Kierland is the only luxury condo community in Scottsdale and Phoenix that offers a true Main-Street-inspired lifestyle; and it’s the winning combination of well-appointed residences and a Kierland Commons location that wins over Arizona home-seekers. Here, even beyond the holidays, everyday life is extraordinary – from the lofts themselves to the community amenities to the surrounding neighborhood. All Scottsdale lofts boast smart, spacious floor plans and high-end finishes; meanwhile, the community rooms, fitness center and recreation deck further expand the attributes of home in a hassle-free way thanks to an on-site management team and concierge. Perhaps most loved is the fact that the Valley’s best dining, shopping and entertainment district – Kierland Commons – lies just outside the community’s front door, as do other nearby live/work/play venues such as The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, the master-planned Kierland community, the Scottsdale Airpark and Scottsdale Quarter.

The Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons Sales Update
September 23, 2011
Summer has come and gone, and as of today, fall is officially upon us. Not only did we beat the infernal summer 2011 heat with a few trips to the beach, we sold 8 luxury condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. So far this year, we have sold 12 Kierland lofts – and just last week, the Arizona Republic hailed The Plaza Lofts as one of the few luxury condo communities that has fared well in this challenging economy. As we head into fall and Phoenix/Scottsdale’s high season for tourism, only 13 lofts remain available for purchase, which means there’s no better time than the present to make a Kierland Commons condo your own.
